Welcome

I capture the image of a specific moment at a place where I was at the time and then provide that moment as a visual experience for others to appreciate and hopefully 'feel' the emotions that I experienced whilst capturing it.

The majority of my time is devoted to landscape photography. I see a landscape as a collection of items that come together to make the whole - trees, a river, the sky and clouds, rolling hillside fields, a lake, and even animals, plants and people can each be included in a landscape vista.

Sometimes they individually have a reason to be photographed, therefore, as well as capturing vistas I look for specific subjects that fascinate me and can also provide me with a reason to capture their moments in time.
